Our house (not so white sourdough) Made with 70% sustainable white flour, 30% organic wholewheat flours, river salt & filtered water. Creamy & custardy open interior, blistered, crunchy-chewy crust with a sweet, grassy and slightly sour aftertaste. 33 hour ferment.
