Our take on a classic multigrain sourdough Made with 80% sustainable white flour, 20% sustainable whole spelt flour from Mt Barker, river salt, water, honey, sesame, linseed, sunflower, quinoa, chia, millet, pepitas, oats & cracked wheat A toasted ten-seed & grain medley is soaked in wildflower honey & water and mixed throughout the dough. The loaf is then rolled in organic oats. Creamy & custardy interior with soft seeds and grains, extra crunchy crust with toasted oats. This loaf tastes sweet and peanut buttery. 33 hour ferment
