Made with 85% sustainable white flour, 15% organic whole spelt flour, river salt, filtered water, bakers yeast, sesame, linseed, hemp, sunflower seeds, sea salt & polenta. A mouth watering loaf with an open honeycomb interior & thin golden crust that shatters in your mouth. Due to the long fermentation time and the melange of seeds and sea salt on the crust, they smell and taste similar to buttery popcorn. 25 hour ferment
