Made from our house (not so white sourdough) Made with 70% sustainable white flour, 30% organic wholewheat flours, river salt, filtered water, green, kalamata & Spanish black olives Creamy & custardy interior, crunchy chewy crust with a sweet, grassy, slightly tangy aftertaste. This Loaf is jam packed with more olives than you could poke Nanas walking stick at and has been voted Perth's best olive bread. 33 hour ferment
