A delicious light rye with a prominent taste of onion. Made with 70% sustainable white flour, 30% organic whole rye flour, onion, river salt & water. Tender & soft interior with a closed crumb & thick dark chewy crust. This loaf has an umami flavour somewhat like burger rings. 33 hour ferment
