Spelt is an ancient grain and has less gluten than traditional wheat varieties, making it great for those with a sensitive tummy. 33 hour ferment

Pair our sourdough bread with a variety of spreads such as our house-made Everyday jams and pickles, creamy butter, olive oil and delicious cheeses. Perfect for sandwiches and toast, it also complements with soups, salads and charcuterie/grazing boards.
