Made with 50% sustainable white & 50% sustainable whole spelt flour from Mt Barker, river salt & filtered water. A tender custardy interior with a chewy crust and grassy tasting notes. Spelt is an ancient grain and has less gluten than traditional wheat varieties, making it great for those with a sensitive tummy. 33 hour ferment
